At the end of the Outdoor Training program you will show a significant increase in strength, weight loss, endurance, flexibility, motivation and confidence. No matter what your goals are, be it getting your body back after having a baby, losing weight or simply getting fitter, our mission is to help every woman get fit and to achieve happiness in their life through attaining an increase in confidence.

All our programs include an online 16 week Nutrition Coaching Program called “The Non-Diet” where you will learn all the secrets of healthy eating which will help you kick those goals even faster.

The PersonalTrainer2you team is a highly qualified group of trainers with experience in training women that will bring the knowledge, skills and time to focus on you as an individual.

We offer a convenient location in Collaroy Long Reef and Mosman (Memorial Park, on the corner of Myahgah Rd and The Crescent) and offer multiple morning session times each week. To maximise results, we recommend that you attend at least three sessions per week over 12 weeks.


Session Times

Outdoor Group Training:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays – 6:00am

Running Classes:

  • Tuesdays,¬†Thursdays – 6.30 pm ( Long Reef, GriffithPark Collaroy)

All our sessions go for one hour and we will be adding more sessions to this timetable very soon.
