Running Classes

Our Running Classes have been designed for every level from jogging to sprinting, we will help you get ready for your next fun run, hill sessions to speed work, if it involves running we have it covered!

  • Help maintain a healthy weight.

All our programs include an online 16 week Nutrition Coaching Program called “The Non-Diet” where you will learn all the secrets of healthy eating which will help you kick those goals even faster.

The PersonalTrainer2you team is a highly qualified group of trainers with experience in running training that will bring the knowledge, skills and time to focus on you as an individual, working on technique and form to keep you away from injury. We offer a convenient location in Collaroy ( Griffith Par at Long Reef) and offer multiple morning session times each week. To maximise results, we recommend that you attend 2 sessions per week over 12 weeks.
