Green Smoothie

As many of you guys requested this is a great healthy delicious recipe for a breakfast smoothie, enjoy it!!

Blend well:

1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce

1 cup spinach

8-10 strawberries

1 mango, peeled

1 apple

1 banana

Juice of 1 lemon

2 cups of water

And it’s ready to go, don’t forget to keep your daily exercise routine to keep that metabolism going.
